Are vases included?
Vessels bring another layer to the composition. Confirm whether a vase is included, hired or supplied separately before ordering.

What if a particular flower is unavailable?
Discuss the overall colour and feel, plus any flowers you especially want to include or avoid. Seasonal alternatives should be agreed with the studio.

What should I mention for a gift?
The occasion, preferred colours and a personal message are a useful start. Keep recipient details for the final fulfilment arrangements.
